• My restaurant will offer the special prix fixe menu during operating hours, every day of the week throughout restaurant week. The fixed price ending in .20¢ for the current year. I reserve the right to offer one-, two- or three-course meals, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and clearly indicate the number of people served. My restaurant reserves the right to exclude beverages, taxes and gratuity, and clearly communicate that on the prix fixe menu.

• I will clearly communicate my restaurant’s options and menu on my website no later than August 1, 2020.

• I understand and acknowledge that my restaurant logo and information will be included in promotional materials.
