Gary Ganjon and Keith Heindel bring a combined 40 years of experience in providing top quality services to the business. Both Gary and Keith have held positions with local surveying and engineering fims as surveyors and project managers. Both have studied surveying at Catonsville Community College and continue their professional growth through seminars and classes as required by the Maryland Board of Professional Surveyors.

What does a Surveyor Do ?
Surveyors have many roles, the most important of which is to collect historical information, make measurements on the land and evaluate the evidence gathered in order to establish new or existing boundary lines. In addition to this role, surveyors provide expert measurements for stakeout of construction projects,perform lot layouts and process land development projects, be they commercial or residential.

Why do you need a Surveyor ?
You may need the services of a surveyor if you purchase a home, want to install a fence or build an addition to your home, or if you own a large tract of land that may have development potential. In addition surveyors can provide home owners with FEMA Elevation Certificates for Flood Insurance reductions. |
