Existing Energy Cooperative Members with Contracts Ending in 2011 Re-enrollment Program

Energy Cooperative Members who have contracts ending in 2011 are invited to participate in a re-enrollment program being offered by the Chamber of Commerce.  This is especially important since market prices are at record lows and our goal is to obtain lower electricity supply prices for the next 36 months.

Members with contracts ending by 2011 and who do not enroll will return to the utility company, BGE, PEPCO, DELMARVA or Allegheny Power and will be on the utilities Standard Offer Service rates on the current contract end meter read dates.  Default rates on an average are 15% higher than market rates.

If you have not received your renewal notice: contact Jennie at 410-740-0667 or email Jennie at CQI Associates.

Cooperative Application Fees: Renewal $150.00 per location, New Cooperative member fee $150.00 per location and Natural Gas Cooperative $150.00 per location. The Cooperative application fee pays for the administrative costs of the energy purchasing cooperative and selecting a licensed energy supplier who is offering to sell the electricity or natural gas at a lower price than the utility Standard Offer Service Rate offered by the local utility company. Application fees are not refundable.

If you have any difficulties with the application process, email Jennie at CQI or call the customer service line at 410-740-0667.  CQI Associates will get back to you within 24 hours.

CQI Associates, LLC and/or the Chamber of Commerce are not liable for any fees or penalties incurred by not providing accurate information above.
